Euronext Instagram Launch

Role: Communications and social media Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and internal (intranet, elevator posters, office screens)

Overview

When I joined Euronext, the company already had a strong social media presence on LinkedIn and X. However, the decision to launch an Instagram account gave me the opportunity to collaborate from scratch on the creation of Euronext’s official Instagram presence, covering strategy, visual direction, content production, and rollout.

Challenge

Euronext wanted to expand its digital presence to reach younger audiences and showcase its culture beyond financial markets. The challenge was to build a consistent, engaging Instagram identity aligned with the brand while differentiating it from competitors.

Approach

  • Conducted a benchmark analysis of competitors to define Instagram positioning and visual direction.
  • Recommended a less logo-centric look, relying on brand colors and cleaner layouts to create a modern, people-centered feed.
  • Built at least three months of ready-to-publish content over a six-month preparation period.
  • Aligned the launch with the Euronext Trading Game (ETG) to drive initial visibility and organic traction.
  • Produced promotional content for ETG and created a Behind the Scenes at Euronext video series for Instagram.
  • Coordinated promotion with the Internal Communications team and prepared content for external channels.
