Overview

Can a sustainability report double as a talent magnet? For Mazars, it did. Using its employer brand platform—Mazars, The Smart Choice—we launched a campaign that highlighted key takeaways from the company’s Sustainability Report while positioning Mazars as an attractive, responsible employer for Gen Z talent.

Challenge

Mazars wanted to increase awareness of its sustainability efforts and simultaneously strengthen its employer brand appeal among younger audiences. The challenge was to turn a traditional corporate sustainability report into engaging, relatable content that would resonate with Gen Z professionals.

Approach

  • Developed the campaign’s hero video to serve as its main visual asset and kickoff content.
  • Produced and edited the video using Adobe After Effects, following Mazars’ The Smart Choice brand identity.
  • Collaborated with the employer branding and communications teams to adapt messaging and visuals for digital channels.
  • Ensured visual consistency with existing employer brand materials.
