Overview
A common concern among ELC employees was the lack of visibility into internal job openings across EMEA. To address this, the Communications and HR teams collaborated to launch Monthly Key Open Positions, an exclusive Instagram Stories series on ELC EMEA’s private account, available only to employees. The campaign aimed to strengthen internal mobility, transparency, and engagement.
Challenge
Many employees were unaware of job opportunities available within the region, leading to missed internal mobility opportunities. The challenge was to create an ongoing, engaging format to showcase key openings in a channel employees were already using.
Approach
- Collaborated with the HR team to design and implement a social media strategy tailored for internal Instagram communication.
- Reviewed monthly vacancy details provided by HR, transforming them into visually engaging story formats.
- Created teaser stories to build anticipation ahead of each monthly release.
- Produced and published a launch video featuring a Senior HR Business Partner introducing the initiative.
- Supported awareness and participation through an intranet article and a regional newsletter targeting all EMEA employees.
