Net Zero Internal Campaign

Overview

Reaching net zero by 2030 is one of Mazars’ key sustainability goals. During internal assessments, the company discovered that employee actions had a major influence on its overall carbon footprint. To raise awareness and promote behavioral change, we launched an internal campaign to educate and engage employees in Mazars’ sustainability journey.

Challenge

The challenge was to communicate a complex sustainability goal in a way that felt personal and actionable for employees worldwide. The campaign needed to inspire engagement while maintaining consistency with Mazars’ global tone and brand identity.

Approach

  • Collaborated with the External Communications Officer on campaign messaging and storytelling.
  • Scripted and produced the main motion design video, serving as the campaign’s centerpiece.
  • Handled all video editing and post-production to ensure clarity and emotional impact.
  • Designed the video to work cohesively with supporting materials: intranet articles, posters, and screensavers.
  • Coordinated with global teams to share the campaign package with 100+ Mazars offices, enabling local adaptation and rollout.

Results

0%increase in employee engagement with net zero initiatives.
